What do we mean when we say natural beef ?
Healthy foods are important to our family, just as they are to yours.

We raise our cattle in pastures where they are allowed to roam and mature in natural surroundings.  They are not given steroids, growth hormones or products which contain urea. 
Our cattle are only given vaccinations to maintain their health and to allow us to provide you with a healthy product.  Cattle are never administered antibiotics in the 120 day finishing period.  We allow the cattle to mature slowly to allow them to develop muscle and full marbling slowly and naturally.  We believe that you will notice the difference.

 

How is the beef packaged?

Our beef is processed at a USDA approved facility.  It is packaged much as you would see in the store, cut to your specifications, shrink wrapped, with cut and weight printed on the label.  The shrink wrap allows you to see the cut of meat before it is thawed and unwrapped, which allows you to choose just the right package for that particular occasion.
Our beef is not only healthy, but very tender and flavorful.  You will definitely notice the difference in our beef .  We take pride in the quality of our beef and feel that you and your family will enjoy it as well.

 

Our beef is only available for a short time each year.
